Russian Permanent Representative to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons Vladimir Tarabrin said Ukrainian drone operators are handing their know-how to "foreign terrorists", according to TASS.
Tarabrin made a point of citing drone strikes on Russia's embassy and its trade mission in Sweden, and what he described as the host country's failure to respond, the TASS report said.
