ABC España reports: Chef Gerard Martí, from the Martinet restaurant, has won the second edition of the Cheese Chef's Challenge Barcelona. His proposal of sweet onion stuffed with perol sausage and Tête de Moine AOP, Périgord sauce and yolk, has been the best valued by the jury.
