La Presse reports: In less than two weeks, three major fires were caused by a smoking article – such as a cigarette butt – improperly disposed of after use. These three fires, which pushed 67 Montreal households onto the street, were “avoidable”, recalls the Montreal Fire Safety Service (SIM).
