All American bombers that had been stationed at the British base at Fairford have been withdrawn, the Pentagon said on Sunday, according to France 24. The announcement came a few days after an incident near the installation in southwest England.
Six people were detained in connection with the case and subsequently released under judicial supervision, France 24 reported.
The British prime minister has said he suspects that Iran was involved in the matter, according to the same outlet.
