The National Police in Ceuta detained two Moroccan migrants, aged 42 and 21, on Saturday over their alleged involvement in a sexual assault against a 17-year-old girl at Trampolín beach, according to El País.
The victim had to be revived by police officers deployed to the settlement, El País reported. Police took her statement, and she was admitted to a juvenile center; she is due in court the following day.
