Kommersant reports: From October 1, 2027, the criteria for classifying professional stock market participants (in particular, brokerage and management companies, depositories, registrars) as large and medium-sized will be increased by 1.5–5 times. This follows from the instructions of the Bank of Russia published on October 21.
