Kommersant reports: In the capital of Peru, Lima, awards were presented to the best restaurants in the world according to The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy. Asador Etxebarri, a restaurant in the city of Achondo in the Basque Country, was recognized as the best in 2026.
