Shakira's residency in Madrid faces its second weekend. After the success of the first three concerts a few days ago, fans of the Colombian artist will have a new opportunity to listen to her in the next few hours. Eight years had passed since the artist's last performance in Spain. And there are still nine of the total of 12 concerts that make up Shakira's residency in Madrid. The next dates are September 25, 26, 27 and October 2, 3, 4, 9, 10 and 11. The 'Las Mujeres No Ya Lloran' tour broke the Guinness record in 2025 as the highest grossing tour in history. And this is being demonstrated in Madrid, with an attendance of 57,000 people at each concert (more than 600,000 spectators in total throughout the month). The concerts are being held at the Shakira Stadium, a temporary venue integrated into Iberdrola Music. But this venue also houses the 'Macondo Park', a cultural park with eight pavilions dedicated to music, gastronomy and where you can enjoy different activities. The residence claims shared cultural roots and will highlight Madrid as a global stage. During those days the city will host concerts, exhibitions, talks, workshops, cinema, gastronomy and literature under the name Es Latina. Fans can enjoy Macondo Park long before the concert begins. The estimated opening of the venue will be at 1:00 p.m., an hour and a half earlier than last week. While at 4:00 p.m. the activities in the pavilions will begin. The opening of the Shakira Stadium will be at 6:00 p.m. and the concert will begin at 8:30 p.m. The show will conclude around 11:00 p.m. Finally, at 00:15 all activities at the venue will end. Fans can spend almost 12 hours in total inside Macondo Park. However, Live Nation has explained that these schedules are subject to possible changes. So they apply to this weekend (September 24, 25 and 26). For the rest of the concerts the schedules will be similar and will be communicated in advance of the respective shows. To get to Macondo Park, located south of the Villaverde Alto-Casco Historico neighborhood of Villaverde, there are different alternatives by public transportation.
