The Fugitive Location Section of the Central Udyco of the National Police has arrested in Brussels one of the alleged perpetrators of the death of a Chinese citizen, known as Coco, who ran a brothel in Carabanchel. The events, which ABC reported in February 2020, happened in a brothel apartment on General Ricardos Avenue. The arrested person is 46 years old and is Dominican.
