France 24 reports: Emmanuel Macron announced Thursday that only demonstrations organized by unions will be authorized on October 24, during a new day of mobilization for purchasing power. The prefects of Rhône and Bouches-du-Rhône have banned demonstrations in Lyon and Marseille.
