Russia's permanent representative to the Vienna-based international organizations, Mikhail Ulyanov, said the head of NATO has no understanding of Iran's nuclear program, according to TASS.
Ulyanov also said the level of professionalism in the West — or the absence of it — amounts to a real disaster, TASS reported.
