Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said he learned nothing new from the German foreign minister's remarks at a United Nations meeting, according to TASS.
"One must prove that one is capable of reaching agreements and prove that one can be trusted," Lavrov said, according to TASS.
Lavrov said Moscow does not lack trust in the Ukraine negotiation track, but insisted that Kiev has failed to prove it can be trusted, encouraged by Western representatives, TASS reported.
