A Flydubai plane carrying passengers whose flight had been diverted to Saudi Arabia landed in Tel Aviv on Wednesday evening, France 24 correspondent Stéphane Amar reported.
The diversion followed an altercation involving the aircraft's pilots, according to the same reporting.
"Their accounts agree: one of the co-pilots allegedly stabbed the pilot," France 24 correspondent Stéphane Amar said of the passengers' testimonies.
Passengers on board stepped in, overpowered the attacker and managed to level the flight out just in time, the correspondent reported.
