Sky News Arabia reports: Edge has completed the acquisition of a controlling stake in CMD S.r.l., the Italian company specialized in the design and development of prototypes and advanced propulsion systems for the automotive, marine and aviation sectors. The deal was signed in Rome, in continuation of the agreement reached in May 2026 at the CMD facility in the city of Attila in the Basilicata region in southern Italy.
