The Investigation Section of the Court of First Instance of Granada, Plaza number 4, has agreed to the provisional dismissal and archiving of the case against Juana Rivas for an alleged crime of child abduction, specifically that of her son Daniel, the second she had with her ex-husband, the Italian Francesco Arcuri.
