The PP spokesperson in Congress, Ester Muñoz, admitted this Friday that it was a “mistake” to manipulate the pepper spray canister that deputy Ana Vázquez showed in the lower house during this week's control session. Muñoz has indicated that the subsequent event could have been avoided, in reference to the emptying of the spray in the bathrooms by a party worker: "What was intended was to denounce a situation that the Government is denying. It is evident that the subsequent event, since no one liked it, is evident that it could have been avoided."
