The man identified as the source of a second DNA profile in the case of a 14-year-old girl allegedly raped by a man posing as an unaccompanied minor denies knowing the girl, according to ABC España.
ABC reported on 2 September that the accused had been indicted and that the Scientific Police had found traces of semen from a second male on the girl's private parts during her first examination.
Re-interrogated in August about those remains, the girl said she had had sexual relations with the other young man, named Osama and an adult, and described them as "consensual". Under Spanish law, which sets the age of consent at 16, agreement given by a 14-year-old has no legal force.
