Kirill Dmitriev, an envoy of Russian President Vladimir Putin, said Russia and Germany could reopen the Nord Stream pipeline jointly, according to TASS.
"AfD is the voice of German people that fights for German energy sovereignty, prosperity, peace and cooperation," Dmitriev said, TASS reported.
