ABC España reports: Catalonia can once again be decisive in the general elections on November 29. At least, that's what Iván Redondo, Pedro Sánchez's former chief of staff, believes, who has warned that the results of the four Catalan provinces could determine who ends up presiding over the Government of Spain.
