Two immigrants who entered Ceuta on 30 and 31 July have been detained in recent hours as suspected perpetrators of an attempted sexual assault on another Moroccan immigrant who is a minor, according to police sources cited by ABC España. The incident took place at Playa del Trampolín.
The same minor had been involved in a similar altercation the previous Friday. She refuses to remain in reception centres and was summoned on Sunday morning to appear before the Fiscalía, Spain's public prosecutor's office, to ratify or withdraw her complaint.
Health sources said the medical report does not state that the sexual assault was consummated. The minor is to spend the night in a reception centre in the autonomous city.
