A well-known roller coaster at Six Flags Magic Mountain in California is being taken out of service for good, Arab News reported, following claims by dozens of riders that they suffered brain damage while on board.

The X2 has drawn riders for roughly twenty years with its steep drops, punishing twists and seats that rotate a full 360 degrees while the cars run at speeds reaching 80 miles (130 kilometers) an hour, according to Arab News.

The same report says the ride has also been the subject of a series of legal complaints, among them one involving two women.
