ABC España reports: Aspanane presented this Tuesday its new Residential Center for People with Intellectual Disabilities, located in the municipality of Xove, Lugo. The construction of this new facility has been possible thanks to the collaboration of the Amancio Ortega Foundation, which assumed the total cost of its construction and equipment.
