Max Verstappen has won the Singapore Grand Prix, his first victory at the Marina Bay circuit, according to El Mundo. The Spanish newspaper described it as a return in style and the crowning moment of a flawless weekend for the Dutch driver.

Verstappen's weekend was built on more than the race itself: he also took pole position and won the sprint at the same venue, meaning he came away from Singapore with the top step in every session that mattered.

Charles Leclerc crossed the line in second place, while Andrea Kimi Antonelli completed the podium in third, per El Mundo.

That third-place finish gives Antonelli his first "match ball" for the championship, which he will have in Austin, the newspaper reported.
