Kommersant reports: In January-September 2026, 76% of warehouses in the regional markets of Russia were sold under construction conditions for a specific customer. Over the year, the share of such transactions increased by 19 percentage points; in Moscow and the Moscow region, on the contrary, the value decreased from 16% to 10%.
