The UGT Federation of Industry, Construction and Agri-Food (UGT FICA) in Córdoba has signed the new Provincial Metal Agreement, an agreement that affects around 25,000 workers and introduces salary improvements, a progressive reduction in working hours, new economic supplements and an expansion of conciliation and health protection rights.
