Moonshot AI has completed the last round of private fundraising, a deal that put the company's valuation at roughly $50 billion, according to people familiar with the matter cited by Bloomberg Markets.
The artificial intelligence developer is now moving toward a stock market listing in Hong Kong, with the initial public offering targeted for the first quarter of 2027, the same people said.
