A man who has owned 19 cars over the course of his life has spent the last four years without one of his own, according to the French-language newspaper La Presse. Maxime Tremblay's change in how he gets around is credited with saving him $4,000 annually.
His daily mobility now rests on the metro, a bicycle, Communauto and Leo. La Presse reports that he has made the shift without regret.
