According to Kommersant, the Russian magazine Forbes presented a rating of the 19 largest taxpayers in Russia by personal income tax for 2025 - the list included entrepreneurs with a tax of more than 1 billion rubles. First place was taken by former co-owner of LUKOIL Leonid Fedun with personal income tax of 12.19 billion rubles.
