Brazil's presidential election is headed to a runoff on Oct. 25 after no candidate secured a majority, according to CBS News.
The second round will pit Brazil's veteran President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva against Sen. Flávio Bolsonaro.
Flávio Bolsonaro is the son of former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro and an ally of President Trump.
