ABC España reports: Almost four out of every ten people with disabilities over 16 years of age are at risk of poverty or social exclusion in Castilla-La Mancha. The AROPE rate reaches 38.7% in this group, compared to 30.6% among those without disabilities, a difference of 8.1 points that reflects greater vulnerability.
