A woman accused of working as a Chinese agent has made an appearance in federal court, CBS News reported.
CBS News, which was first to report the arrest, said the FBI detained Wanying "Heather" Zhang on Sunday at Los Angeles International Airport. She was taken into custody before she boarded a flight to Shanghai, China, according to the outlet.
